the phrase better late than never is completely appropriate when it comes to my recent mixtapeproject output...
i was foolishly determined to make mixtapeproject.007 an authentic mix and spent most of march buried in mp3 converting, youtube trawling, audacity editing activities - fun, but laborious...
i'm pretty pleased with the results. this mixtape is in a notebook format and the playlist is broken down into 5 chapters, each about 20 mins in length...
there isn't a specific theme to this mixtape. i have worked in some great audio snippets throughout as well as some truly remarkable tv spots, ads and trailers which i think help tie it all together - the tracklisting can be found over at my mixtapeproject page. of course, as is VTSS mixtape making custom, i've added a bonus video mash disc in too for good measure... so, after much hair pulling, tweaking, re-tweaking and moments of self doubt, i'm hoping the (mystery) recipient enjoys the fruits of my labour!
